Carroll county" tow path road".This should be listed as a scenic roadway To get there start by going to Delphi Ind.turning North on Wilson st.from the east side of town take this to the Carrollton bridge over the Wabash river,don't be in any hurry this road is not the best,follow along the river Northeast do not take any left turns  over the hill. You will end up in the Logansport area at the end of your ride.
